FAQ

FAQ

FAQ

Is the event exclusively for Graphic Designers?

Not at all! If you’re a creative, regardless of the industry you’re in — whether you’re a photographer, illustrator, digital painter, videographer, anime/comic enthusiast, motion designer, or technopreneur — you’re welcome to attend.

I’m not from Cagayan de Oro, can I still join the conference?

Of course! This is the first ever design conference in Northern Mindanao but we are open to participants from all over Mindanao, if not, the country.

How do I go to the event?

Oro Design Conference will be held in Capitol University’s Mini Theater. It’s located at Corrales Extension (Across Lifestyle District), Cagayan de Oro City. When you arrive in the location, there will be posters and signages that will guide you to the venue.

Are you going to sell tickets on the day of the event?

If there are still unsold tickets, we will post an announcement before the event. We have a certain target number of attendees.

I’m a student. Will you hand out certificates?

Yes. It’s included in the kit that comes with your purchased conference ticket.

What if I misplaced my ticket? How do I go over it if I’m unable to find it on the event day?

We understand that this happens sometimes. We suggest taking a photo of your ticket after you purchase it. Make sure that the ticket number is visible on the photo. This will serve as your alternative copy just in case you lose your printed ticket.
